Hard to compete with Moeller. They pay better.

That's what popped in my head when I saw that. When the panthers played the bengals early this year they showed at 500 Kuechlys in the stands. So they could easily be related.

CovCath swept the triple-header.

 

Luke's brother, looks just like him, stacked upper body. Plays hard, but not a real skilled basketball player.

GCL basketball is physical . It forced CCH to get better at catching passes cleanly and grabbing rebounds with force. X plays a TOUGH M2M D. CCH was solid , not great, offensively as a result.

Pre-game was a prayer and the anthem. They finish the prayer and say "now our National Anthem"....and nothing. Coach for X looks at a high school kid on the stage who realizes he is supposed to hit the play button. He hits it and..... Thunderstruck by AC/DC comes on briefly. Crowd got quite the chuckle.

 

Kid couldn't find the button to play the anthem so the Crazies took over. Just started singing it a cappella. Entire crowd joins in. No music needed. If you attended the CCH/NCC game a few years ago at NCC you'll recall it happened there as well.

He used to do the PA for Thomas More. He would hold the mic up to a tape recorder that had the anthem. One time it didn't work and he just started singing it.

Perhaps for its own thread, but hearing CVH scored his 1000th point? Not sure if this includes Villa points (I assume it does), but either way congrats! Bright future ahead.
