Final from The Fieldhouse.

Indians in the championship game, awaiting the Augusta/Mason County winner.

Whoa, what happened?

I didn't see it, but Madison Central is a good team. Having said that, I think Campbell is better & should have won this.

You just never know which MC team is going to show up....maybe Allen Jr. just likes the Fieldhouse...

A gamer of two halves. Central was much quicker and seemed to get at least 3/4 of the 50-50 balls. Double and triple-teamed Wilson down low; he forced a couple rather than kicking it back out for open looks. 40-25 at the half.

Campbell came out pressing in the third quarter and quickly made it a game. Got to within a single possession on several occasions, but I don't think they ever tied the score. Had a chance shooting 2 with MC up 52-51 but missed both.

McGovney went out late with his 5th foul and CC committed a costly turnover down 61-60. Central hit a bucket; Wilson tried a last-gasp triple but it was blocked.

Losing McGovney was the difference maker. That kid gets very little credit for what he does. If he's in at the end, then Mad Central can't double Jackson.

Yep. I told the old fart sitting next to me that they're a completely different team without him running the show.

Yes they do. Not surprised at this score.
