Cov Cath's matchups in District 5 next year will be Dixie, Grant County, and Highlands. Since Dixie has already on their schedule for the past several years, that means they're going to have one vacant slot to fill since they lose the Holmes and Harrison district games and only pick up Grant as a new game (I'm assuming we won't see Holmes or Harrison in 2015).

 

Apart from the games I already mentioned, in 2014 they had Boone, Moeller, Henderson County, Beechwood, Ryle, and Conner. I believe all of those, with the exception of maybe Beechwood, were the second year of 2-year initial agreements. I could see Henderson and Moeller possibly going away...adding those to 'vacancies' to the spot I mentioned above, Cov Cath will probably have three games to schedule.

Actually I take that back, he said X, Sycamore and "A school from Columbus." I don't remember hearing Scott County.

They all need to be in there. Especially that Shelton kid, maybe he'd better if he'd hit the weights a little harder.

 

I agree with Bluedad, I would hope this is sarcasm, have never heard anything negative about Shelton's work ethic from coaches or even players. Only positive. From what I have seen, from games alone, the kids an incredible talent and works his Butt off. So I hope that was Sarcasm.

Interesting...I would have figured Conner would be happy to keep the series against Cov Cath on their schedule.
