I tweeted the stat out, but Bowling Green has allowed only seven goals in their last 18 games, all of them wins. They've allowed more than 1 goal only a single time this year, their 2-1 loss to Ballard in August.

Dunbar had so many missed opportunities, easily could have gone the other way had they landed.

Very true. Three great chances in first half, including an empty net chance that sailed over the bar and a one v one that should have been finished. Credit to BG though for keeping their composure and getting the victory.

Was pretty shocked to see Dunbar not finish their opportunities. Overall they were the better team, majority of the possession, and more opportunities. I do give BG credit. Their defense is solid in the back! Still surprised the Dunbar keeper dropped the shot that was eventually finished by BG.

 

2nd goal was with one second left in the game. Dunbar pulled everyone up including the keeper.

Interesting fact. I just think it's pretty cool that soccer talent is developing all over Kentucky.
