November 5, 201411 yr When your party [the Republican Party] shows it cannot make things better in this country as they control all three how will you twist it to make it the democrat's fault? Still no answer the question but then again that says a lot. I'm a registered independent. Have been for about 8 years. To answer your question, I think the Republicans will try to twist things to make them the Democrats' fault, just like the Democrats would do were they to find themselves in the same situation. That is the problem with the two party system. This is just like I used to do when I was 5 years old and my mom would ask who left toys all over the basement floor - I'd promptly point at my younger brother, and then he'd cry foul. Then when my brother had been the one to make a mess of the basement, he'd say I had done it, and then I'd get all bent out of shape about how I hadn't done it. Fortunately for the household, I had a mom who was intelligent enough to just make us BOTH clean up the mess, and we didn't have any choice in the matter. November 6, 201411 yr Haven't read all of the posts so apologies if this is a repeat....... More than anything else.....controlling both houses will mean that bills will finally be moved along onto the Prez's desk, and he will finally have to make a stand on issues. Such as the pipeline...... Once these positions start coming out, the information on agendas will show........ With information, better decisions can be made.
