Twoto someone could post a photo of the AG stuffing the ballot box and you wouldn't admit any wrong doing!

Is there a widespread conspiracy I don't know, I never said there was.

.

Did someone say CONSPIRACY. Heck yeah there is, and I dont have enough time to even go there and explain it. Our votes count for nothing, elections in the big show is already determined.

Probably a good way to see what appears to be the difference in volume is to go to youtube and enter 'voter fraud democrats' and enter 'voter fraud republicans'.

Either its more prevalent on the Democrat side (including fraud against fellow Democrats) or they get caught more.

Here are some of the recent entries:

"Its not like its lying or stealing"

CT Dem charged with 19 counts of voter fraud:

Arkansas absentee fraud. They used list of who asked for absentee ballots and targeted them. Note - in Kentucky the list of who request absentee ballots is not made public.

Indiana fraud. Obama primary petition signatures forged in 2008.

Woman in Ohio and her daughter voted both abentee and regular and voted for others. Isolated but technique is easily replicated:

Maryland, NJ, NY and Massachusetts:

Related - Troy, NY:

Non-Citizen voting in Florida. As noted previously. Around 80% of illegal alien voting (which is illegal) goes to Democrats.

I'm looking for evidence in which "massive" voter fraud altered an outcome in a major election -- governor's race, Senate, president. Let me know when you find something more substantial than these nickel-and-dime examples, which you humorously try to widen in scope by saying "easily replicated."

Read an interesting article a few months ago in which the author, after a fair amount of study, came to the conclusion that recent GOP voter suppression tactics won't make much of a difference in election outcomes. Far less than what I had suspected -- mainly because of the large number of votes cast. And in many cases, these voter suppression tactics will backfire over the long haul.

Still waiting for some examples of widespread Democratic voter fraud ... names of people indicted, etc. Surely with all the comments I've read here, there have to be be scores of examples of "massive" voter fraud.

Would the city of Chicago itself serve as an example?

For those with no sense of humor, that was a joke made on Chicago's long history of shady voting.

Here ya go -- not that it will make a dimes worth of difference because you are blind . York: When 1,099 felons vote in race won by 312 ballots | WashingtonExaminer.com Decided the Mn senate race which led to the senate being able to pass ObamaCare

. Heres a quick recap from the link above : Minnesota Majority took the information to prosecutors across the state, many of whom showed no interest in pursuing it. But Minnesota law requires authorities to investigate such leads. And so far, Fund and von Spakovsky report, 177 people have been convicted -- not just accused, but convicted -- of voting fraudulently in the Senate race. Another 66 are awaiting trial. "The numbers aren't greater," the authors say, "because the standard for convicting someone of voter fraud in Minnesota is that they must have been both ineligible, and 'knowingly' voted unlawfully." The accused can get off by claiming not to have known they did anything wrong.

Still, that's a total of 243 people either convicted of voter fraud or awaiting trial in an election that was decided by 312 votes. With 1,099 examples identified by Minnesota Majority, and with evidence suggesting that felons, when they do vote, strongly favor Democrats, it doesn't require a leap to suggest there might one day be proof that Al Franken was elected on the strength of voter fraud.

609.165 RESTORATION OF CIVIL RIGHTS (in Minnesota)

Subdivision 1. Restoration. When a person has been deprived of civil rights by reason of conviction of a crime and is thereafter discharged, such discharge shall restore the person to all civil rights and to full citizenship, with full right to vote and hold office, the same as if such conviction had not taken place, and the order of discharge shall so provide.

Marty Connors, while Chairman of the Alabama Republican Party, stated in an Aug. 18, 2004 Washington Post article by Kevin Krajick titled "Why Can't Ex-Felons Vote?": "As frank as I can be, we're opposed to [restoring voting rights] because felons don't tend to vote Republican," Connors said.

An honest answer.

Well Duh . Of course crooks vote Democrat . Even those that get caught . And those that don't as well. Not only honest , but correct .

Another broad-brush inaccuracy. The situation in Alabama is different than the situation in Washington state. (See below.) So who knows what the convicted felon voting pattern would be in Minnesota.

Paul Berendt, former Washington State Democratic Party Chairman, was quoted in the May 7, 2005 article "Democrats Flag 743 Votes They Say Felons Cast," published in the Seattle Times:

"We know for a fact that nonunion, blue-collar, Caucasian men vote very disproportionately Republican, and when you look at the felon population in the state of Washington, they are overwhelmingly nonunion, blue-collar, male Caucasians."

The myth of voter supression.

Paper trail.

Kentucky's common system of a form that is then scanned in provides two paper trails - one is a printed tally. Another is the original, voter filled out form. But it records electronically from the scan and reports the vote electronically. Hence why we report very early on election night.

Seems they should replicate this system. Sure - people will buy votes and do other things. But electronic voting with touch screens and un-audited, non-opensource code is asking for fraud.

Diebold machines.

Diebold has been in all sorts of legal trouble with the US government - but no one went to jail. This administration would not use its leverage for favors as done in Chicago.

Also:

Diebold voting machines can be hacked by remote control - Salon.com

Voting machines used by as many as a quarter of American voters heading to the polls in 2012 can be hacked with just $10.50 in parts and an 8th grade science education, according to computer science and security experts at the Vulnerability Assessment Team at Argonne National Laboratory in Illinois. The experts say the newly developed hack could change voting results while leaving absolutely no trace of the manipulation behind.

Anyone got some purple ink?

"Massive" voter fraud?

Apparently in Maryland - yes.

The PJ Tatler » Massive Non-Citizen Voting Uncovered in Maryland

An election integrity watchdog group is suing the state of Maryland, alleging that it has discovered massive and ongoing fraudulent voting by non-U.S. citizens in one county. But because of the way that the non-citizens are able to cast votes in elections, the fraud is likely happening in every single county and subdivision across the state. The group believes that the illegal voting has been happening for years.

The group, Virginia Voters Alliance, says that it compared how voters in Frederick County filled out jury duty statements compared with their voting records. The group’s investigation found that thousands of people in Frederick County who stated that they are not U.S. citizens on jury duty forms went on to cast votes in elections. Either they failed to tell the truth when they were summoned for jury duty, or they cast illegal votes. Both are crimes. The same group previously found that about 40,000 people are registered to vote in both Virginia and Maryland.

Woman posing as illegals is helped to vote....

It is against the law for non-citizens to vote.
