Sticklen averaged a double double a year ago and did everything for St.Patrick. He is much improved this year no doubt he will be in the top ten of this region by seasons end.

 

Nothing against this kid, he's a good kid and plays hard. St Pat was 7-22 last year with quality wins against Bracken and Silver Grove. He may have averaged a double-double but with very limited support and the schedule that St Pat plays (which is an appropriate schedule for them), I think it is wishful to think he would be a Top 10, regardless of personal performance. That's some rare air down in the Maysville valley…. good luck to Stick and St Pat this year. I wish them well.

Not arguing with your basis on the argument with Andrew Sticklen, but if that is your basis, I assume you would move Austin Crawford, Koebe Garrard and even some of the others listed that didnt have strong schedules similar to some of the bigger schools or didnt have a great won/loss record

I think Antwavon (Pig) Williams will have a breakout year at Mason County for Coach O'Hearn. Wouldn't be surprised if he isn't a top 10 player by the end of the season. The 10th region is loaded with some great talent.

Heard Scott had a big kid transfer in? If so anyone know who he is? Just curious.

Everyone is forgetting about Scott's Jake Ohmer. All he did was lead them in scoring for the season and run Point Guard for Coach Carr as a Freshman. He is now a year older, stronger and taller. He had a great AAU Circuit as well.

 

That kid is really good.
