I know this is not going to come out right but I truly wish that Purples could play their 8th grade team during this game.

 

No one really wins this game. Purples score 91 last year without trying to score 91! Frosh played a lot. Logan couldn't tackle them. BG would return interceptions, fumble recoveries and so on. You can't tell a freshman not to score if given opportunity.

 

No disrespect, but I truly believe our 8 grade team would win by running clock as well.

 

I wish someone could find the answer of games like this even having to be played. Again, Purples will get win but no one really wins.

I'd like to see Bowling Green try the old school Tecmo Bowl Bo Jackson play. Run it to Logan County's 1, then back to the BG 1, then back again. DO IT.

The goal for this game is for BG to get to a running clock as fast as possible so they can start their fall break!

I give our coaches and AD credit for always scheduling this game on Thursday night rather than Friday. Gives kids and coaches extra day of rest, allows coaches to scout the Dragons and so on. Hats off to the schedule maker.

 

I'm serious about wishing our 8 grade team could play this game.
