Keep in mind with the Bengals, they are doing it with most main players injured. Beat the Ravens basically without Eifert and Burfict. Beat the Falcons without those two, Green, and Zietler. They have looked impressive without main contributors.

The cards wouldn't have won against most teams last Sunday. The Giants blew it in the 4th like only the giants can do. 5 dropped passes, punt returned for a TD, fumbled the ball without even being tackled...the list goes on.

They started 0-2 in 07 but this team seems worse than that one.

 

The o line figured out how to pass block this week but the run blocking wasn't good at all. Hopefully they can keep improving until they get Geoff Schwartz back around week 8. Unfortunately though the defense lost Walter Thurmond for the season. They're deep at corner but it still hurts. Losing mlb Jon Beason will hurt more if he's out a significant amount of time.

The Bengals have looked great in both games. I still think Denver is the favorite at this point (from the AFC). The Bengals are better defensively, but Denver added some big names this offseason. We really don't need to compare offenses. Cincy has been efficient but Denver is the best offense in the NFL, in my opinion. Emmannuel Sanders has been a great addition thus far. Denver will be adding Welker sooner rather than later, too.

 

In the NFC, my top teams are between San Fran, Seattle & Philadelphia. Philly was very entertaining to watch, but I think the SF & Seattle defenses give them the nod. It'll be interesting to see if Green Bay & Rodgers can get hot. If so, they could make things very interesting.

 

Bears have looked solid, too. Arguably the best WR duo in the league and a gun slinger at QB. I don't think anyone really trusts Cutler though, including himself. And the loss of Charles Tillman last night (torn triceps) really hurts the D.

 

One of the teams that I'm always disappointed in: Detroit Lions. They have so much individual talent but are never quite good enough.

My top 7 0-2 Teams:

 

1. Saints - Saints are a different team at home than they are on the road. Their 1st 2 games this year were on the road, so it's not a total shock that they're 0-2. They'll get back on track at home.

 

2. Colts - Luck is the best QB of the remaining 0-2 teams, plus they play in a weak division. With that said, I think Indy has some serious problems. Very little pass rush & they are just soft defensively. They need a couple speed rushers (ala Freeney & Mathis).

 

3. Chiefs - Offensive line stinks, but I think Andy Reid will start using Knile Davis & Jamaal Charles more together.

 

4. Giants - Best QB remaining out of the 4.

 

5. Bucs

 

6. Raiders

 

7. Jaguars

Doesn't have to be the Pats :lol2:, although they're the only team I'm confident the Giants would beat in a super bowl.
