Some teams not ranked due to not playing enough in state opponents:

Five teams — Fulton County, Todd Central, Johnson Central, North Laurel and Trinity — haven’t played enough Kentucky opponents to be rated by Cantrall.

These rankings are always interesting but not always accurate. Mayfield would not beat Pulaski this year for example.

The information in this rating isn't accurate. Pulaski is 3-0, not 3-1. North Laurel has now played 2 KY teams and should qualify for a ranking. May be other mistakes as well, I only noticed those 2

:stop: There is not a poll in the state that would have Pulaski higher

Lit, Cantrell, Cards are higher and for good reason. Mayfield has played a better schedule to top it off

Love seeing SK at #4!

Mayfield has played a better schedule, but head to head, I would pick Pulaski vs Mayfield in a neutral field game.

Plus the Cantrall and Lit are both computer rankings, not polls

Talk about a JOKE of a ratings system.

Talk about a JOKE of a ratings system.

It is especially bad early in the season. As more games are played, and more data absorbed into the pool, the computer ratings improve quite a bit.

As long as Mayfield is in the discussion I don't care
