No info on where they're going or considering going? I'm not ukfan#1. I don't read a roster of big strong kids and automatically assume they'll play on Sundays some day.

#87 (JR) will most likely end up at Ohio State - visiting ND tomorrow

#4 going to Boston College

I can accept that. I wasn't trying to call you out before with this thread Clyde. I was just thinking numbers and figured there had to be a few guys in NKY that could make some noise maybe.

 

In this age of football it makes it difficult though because so few players play both ways it really only gives a lot of guys a yay or ney and not so much of a look at the other side of the ball. Granted the same could be said for Moeller's guys as well.

 

I think Powell likely has the speed and talent to play RB for Moe but I'm not sure he has the size/durability. That's why I mentioned slot receiver possibly.

Clyde has obviously forgotten about Simon Kenton's entire roster.

The route running we don't know, so yes, hard to say there. However, just by going off the pure athletic ability that we know he has. The hands are there as can be seen tossing on the sidelines and the soft hands on the basketball court.

Top NKY players we would consider:

 

Hoge - no

Wags - no

Johnson from Dixie - no

Hedger from Dixie - no

Moore - no

Murrer - maybe - not sure

Deaton from SK - Moe LBs are as big and much faster

Winkler from SK - Might get some reps - Moe has a D1 receiver with 3 or 4 other really good, big receivers

No OL that I can think of outside of Murrer

Moe has a FCS corner - can't think of any corners in NKY who are at that level

Safeties? "Cowboy" from HHS - maybe in the mix - he certainly can lay a lick on people.

I said "no" because he's an interior lineman. He's not beating out the ND kid. They only play 3 down. He's not quick enough to play DE.

His measurables are better than average and his knowledge of the game is freaky good. Put Beau with the supporting cast at Big Moe and you are looking at a another big time D1 guy. JMO
