Seneca/John Hardin Updates

Featured Replies

Please post updates in this thread.

I'll do the best I can with this one, maybe Hoss403 can chime in.

John wins the toss, elects to receive.

Seneca 7 John Hardin 0. John looks awful.

Seneca scores again, up 15-0 with a little over a minute left in the half.

Seneca 15 John Hardin 6.

^^ That's what I like to hear. Dawgs coming back.

Delayed with just under 5:00 left in the half. Seneca still up 15-6

first or second half?

Not a problem. Thanks for the updates HD/ Hoss

This one started up this evening, only to be postponed again until MONDAY evening ( I think I heard right..Monday and not Sunday).

This one's turning into a cricket match.

Game is Monday at 7:30. Good move by Coach Lewis to move the game instead of just calling it because his kids need the game experience. The D-Line got pushed around big time and the offense looked nervous and out of sync until their last drive. Seneca ran probably 20 plays and 19 of them were a shotgun handoff to the running back between the tackles and John could not stop them one time. If this game had not been postponed because of weather I don't see how JH would have won. We will see if they can make the necessary adjustments on Monday.

On a another note, JH senior running back Aldric Lunsford tore his ACL and will obviously miss the rest of the year. Tough loss for the team and for the kid because he worked very hard this summer preparing for his senior year. Wish him the best and a speedy recovery.

Really sad news on the torn ACL. Really feel bad for the young man.
