Good luck to the kid. Not a big blow to UK.

Agreed. They will get DH and life will be good. No worries.

I was told that Q took an official visit to UL today? Can anyone confirm?

Looks like he was there today.

Once again. Garbage. Why did he commit if he still needs his ego stroked? Senseless.

Kids do this all the time, they use up their official visits whether they have committed or not. On the other hand, maybe he just visited for another opportunity to watch UK play?

Personally I think he took the visit to watch the game. But after Brown left, he would probably like to know who the new OC will be before committing.

These kids have zero clue what the word commit means. Clueless.

I agree to an extent. They commit too early. However a commitment works both ways, its not a one sided agreement. So when one side changes coaches, assistants, etc. I can understand at least taking some time and giving it a second thought. If the commitment was one sided it woukdnt be fair to either party. So if the person that recruited "said" player up and leaves for another job, I can't say the kid is wrong for thinking over his commitment.

Bingo.

The worst mistake a kid can make is committing to a particular coach. These guys are fluid.

Baker was just a guest. Did not take an official visit. If I remember correctly, you can't take an official visit until your senior year. But I could be wrong. UK is still his favorite but like others have said, Neal Brown was his lead recruiter. Still expect him to be a Cat.

In other news, in state #1 C Drake Jackson from Woodford County will announce December 13 between UK, Alabama, Ohio State, Tennessee. Was at the Iron Bowl last night. Still expect him to go to Kentucky.

Zy'Aire Hughes is now reconsidering his commitment.

Where are you seeing that? I'm looking but I can't find anything on that.

@RowlandRIVALS: Fresh off trip to Alabama four-star OL Drake Jackson says UK is still his leader in advance of December decision.

@RowlandRIVALS: However, if John Schlarman follows Neal Brown to Troy, that could tip the scales in Alabama's favor with Jackson.

Drake Jackson is going to UK... trust me on this one
