January 27, 201511 yr JA - What's the scuttlebutt on Bama commit Isaiah Prince's surprise visit to Columbus? Not JA but I heard about this too. Apparently, Alabama said that if Prince took an OV to anywhere after he committed that they would pull his scholarship. Then he made a sneak visit and it was kept secret until yesterday. Not sure if Bama will pull his scholarship though.
January 27, 201511 yr Read on 247 that crystal ball starting to move Torrance Gibson away from Ohio State to Auburn. He is one of their highest rated recruits, probably sees depth chart at Auburn much more attractive. Also mentioned his best friend just committed to Tigers as well. I think the kid is dreaming about playing QB at this level, but what do I know.

He wanted to commit before they knew they had space. He talked things over wish his family and is still shopping around. I still think Maryland is in it as well. Prince is wide open he doesn't know where he wants to go at this point.

Braxton Miller is probably going to have to try a new spot, QB is pretty locked up.

How long do you think the QB's will be around? It's a shame that some of these kids don't look out any further than next year. With the QB talent at OSU you have to think it won't be long before they're at the next level, thus making room for him. If I were him I'd wait in line to play for Meyer.
January 27, 201511 yr I still say the best QB I have watched the last 2 seasons at the high school level is still going to Ohio State so if Gibson leaves, I can not blame him. Going to Auburn though makes one wonder if he is serious about winning a title or just playing for a school that will be over rated and loved by ESPN?

You would think they're thinking long term but not the case for most kids. Nick Marshall who he's trying to replace is trying to be corner in the NFL, it's all about getting paid. The problem for Gibson is as NCF stated, OSU is planning on giving the keys to Mr. Ohio Joe Burrow after Jones/Barrett. Plans are subject to change as always though.
