Who is South Greenup? Not that I take offense to it, but Fairview and Ashland shouldn't share the same name. I know they border Ashlands school district, but so do a couple of other schools.

It may not, I do not know all of the details, very few have been released. But Musick retired after the khsaa came down on the football program, then had a "change of heart" and was rehired. The DOE says his rehiring was illegal, but the article does not say why.

 

Maybe they didn't go through the hiring process a state entitie has to go through and just hired him outright without posting the job for other applicants, I really have no idea. But with his involvement with the sports programs and the little information in the article, I wouldn't dismiss anything just yet.

Seems like a lot more players than what were expected to play. Did they have a sudden influx in students or were everyone's numbers way off?

we originally had 36 sign up , & a few more came out as practices went on . Had a couple more come out yesterday when school started.
