Reds @ Nationals (May 19th - 21st)

Actually, he isn't. Soto is 3/24 with an OBP of .120. 1 run, 0 HR, 1 RBI, 6 K's and 1 SB.

But point taken.

The only thing Soto knows about pitching, is he can't hit it.

Anybody have this shirt yet?

Pretty nice. I think it would be very cool if baseball was spelled "beisbol".

Everytime Soto swings the bat I think of Brandon Larsen... No thanks. I've seen worse lineups, and this is probably as good as it can get.

Brandon Larsen, that guy was a college and minor league phenom. Just couldn't understand why he sucked so bad when he was called up each time. Not to mention ending up on the disable list just about every time he played any sustained string of games in the majors.

Guess that's why he doesn't pitch?

I like tonight's lineup as much as you can.

I'm looking forward to Strasburg v. Leake.

Even I'm pessimistic about the Reds...I'm watching PTI instead of Reds Live.

Just heard Lance spout off that the Reds bullpen ERA is 29th of 30 teams. And they have pitched the least amount of innings in MLB by far. Only 95 innings. Next fewest is 116.

Hoover. J.J.

I'm calling it now, Mike Leake goes yard off of Strasburg.

Or maybe the other way around.

I'd like to see Leake charge the mound on Strasburg. Bring some excitement to this season.

Hamilton with another 1 pitch at bat. If Skip plays every day I hope he leads off, Billy in the 2-hole.

Schumacher squares one up.

This lineup isn't too bad with Bruce & Votto.
