DragonFire
Matt Dillon's character has no sense of subtlety whatsoever.

Randy Parker
I thought it was a good episode--better than the pilot. What's-her-face's death was a lot bloodier in the book.

That's why I don't read (well not the only reason ). Then I can't be disappointed in the tv series or movie.
BirdBrain
Have watched both episodes (DVR). I like it, but I also liked Lost, and it has some of that feel (sans Polar Bear). I did not like Under the Dome, but that seems to have some similarities. It feels like the same town from TWD right now...so I'm staying in it. Kind of bummed about Juliette Lewis though. Randy Parker
It's getting to fish-or-cut-bait time for me. The big reveal, I believe, is in episode 5.
AverageJoesGym
Spoilers if you haven't watched Episode 4. Did anyone else notice that while Ethan was reading through everyone's file after being named sheriff that Arlene's (his secretary) files listed her job from her previous life as bus driver? The actress that plays Arlene is Siobhan Fallon Hogan who played the bus driver in Forrest Gump.

AverageJoesGym
Now that is trivia. I turned it in on Wayward Pines IMDB trivia page. I don't know if they'll use it or not.
