Camron Justice Recruitment

Boston College may have a new coaching staff next year. Tough year for the Eagles.

Maybe he doesn't like the Wake coaches, but if that's not the case, I'd give that school a little interest. Great school, and one of the nicest campus' I've ever visited.

Wake Forest, like Boston College, could also end up with a new staff next season. Justice may well have to ride this out for another month or so before he makes his decision, especially if (A) coaching staffs change, or (B) he has a monster state tournament.

Chicken Wing? Hummm! Yes, I have seen that on occasion. However, I have also seen constant double teaming, even when he doesn't have the ball. Check with the coaches in the 14th Region and they will tell you that their strategy is to keep fresh bodies on him and push and shove him all night long. Remember this kid is tough and confident as nails. He gets into trouble sometimes because he tries to do too much but that is usually because his team expects him too. Guard him one on one and you will pay. Cam is a super student athlete. Enough said!

BC is bringing their coach back.

My brother told him after one of his games this year that he'd sure like to see him in a Kentucky Wildcat uniform. Cam looked at him and said, "That's not going to happen."

I'd already heard from those that know him that as early as his freshman season he had told those around him that he wasn't a fan of UK.

But I also don't think UK has ever been interested in him. Or if they are I haven't heard it from anyone.

Nice HS player,,but is he really a big time D1 player??

I'm not sure. He's rated a 3 Star. I don't think he could play for a Kentucky or Louisville. Or Duke, the school he supposedly loves. He would probably do okay for an OVC school. Morehead State would not be a bad choice for him. Other Knott County players have done well at MSU, namely Herbie Stamper back in the late '70's.

I'd say the summer he has in the EYBL will determine where he stands in D-1.

I said in the thread from one of the LexCath tourney games that it was the only time I saw him and judging him off of one game is unfair. With that, I didn't see it.

I am not understanding your quote..

I was at those games and he was not himself. Played very poorly that weekend. Not sure what his ceiling is but that was worst stretch I've seen him play last two years.

Mike Brey (ND), Brandon Miller (Butler, and asst coach from Vandy in Lexington to watch Justice today.
