How close did Rodrick Rhodes come to winning the state tournament? As close as the other 127 coaches who lost in the first round of a regional tournament. But not as close as the 128 coaches whose teams advanced past the first round of the regional tournament.

It's actually 63 and 64, but point taken.

Seems to be a lot of reading only what you want to see on this thread.

With Hudson and Hines they in all likelihood would have won the region. Then would have had a shot at winning State WITH those players

Three words should be able to at least change the direction of this thread: Ware, Cunningham, Grundy

Yeah, after I sent it I realized my mistake. Math was never my strong suit.

3 games from region and 7 games from state?

Hudson may not have developed as well at Cordia as he did at Hazard and Rhodes may not have brought in other players that he did had Hudson hadn't left.

Shoulda, woulda, coulda

Fair points

If Hudson gets to the Sweet 16 with Hazard next week, then I'll let everyone be the judge of how talented/good he is (and I put good on the back of that slash because you said developed).

My guess is that if he's with Cordia and playing the full year, anyone that makes him take a seat is gonna be gross.
