March 3, 201412 yr I did see most of the movies up for best picture and I just don't get the frenzy behind Gravity. Thought that movie was blah at best. I'm with you. The special effects were pretty cool, but the movie was ok at best. I guess Clooney and Bullock carry a lot of weight. But this was no academy award winning movie.

I don't have anything against millionaires or any of the beautiful people. I think they're awesome!

March 3, 201412 yr Gravity...that is the one thing putting a damper on these Oscars lol. Gravity was such a bad movie. Great special effects, but that was about it.

March 3, 201412 yr Did Gravity win best picture? Not yet. But the way it's going it wouldn't surprise me. I just can't figure it put. Gravity was so far fetched and unrealistic I just was not a fan.
March 3, 201412 yr I'm in an Oscar pool and my weekly trips to the movies are not helping. The guy that's winning hasn't seen a single one of these movies. So it goes.
