District 28 - Eastern vs. CAL, at CAL, Monday night. I'm sure there are a number of others, but this is a pretty tough first-round match-up.

Trimble County/South Oldham matchup in the 29th District will be a good one. Although a 2/3 seed matchup, make no mistake, either one of these teams could win the 29th District and make noise in the 8th Region tournament.

4th District: Calloway County vs. Marshall County

Cooper vs. Boone Co. will certainly be a battle.

In the 45th district, the 2 time defending 12th region champion Lincoln County Lady Pats have to play the All A Classic runner-up Danville Lady Ads...on the Lady Ads home floor. That's gonna be tough.

33rd District: Ryle vs Conner should be a great game. They split in the regular season both winning on the road. Agree Boone Cooper will be great game as well. So come out to Union Tuesday night for a great doubleheader!

In theory #1 Notre Dame versus #4 Holmes in the 35th (although technically not a first round game I guess since Holmes will eliminate # 5 Latin first) but still a Loser goes Home game.........should be a good tough game since #4 seed Holmes beat #1 seed Notre Dame by 10 in the regular season.

Yep toughest 1st round. I'll go ahead and say it...it's hard to make 4th Region playing in the 15th district. On Any given night ACS, Monroe, or Glasgow can beat one another. They are the top 3 teams in the 4th region, and one can't make it past dictrict play.
