Dixie box scores have been hard to come by this season for some reason.

Not trying to start anything but doesn't BH live in SK's district? I know there is open enrollment in Kenton Co. but I thought I remembered hearing that years back...:idunno:

I have been watching Hatton for 4 years and I never have seen him flustered or frustrated once. My son and I were sitting behind the bench his freshman year at BOK against NCC. NCC was up 6 with under 2 minutes, he went over to his point guard and yelled "give me the ball". I have been a fan ever since.

He never changes his expression. Always calm.

I like to watch BH get in the head of his defenders, a little chatter or subtle bump goes a long way.

I would like to add that Nick Niehaus played one helluva game. His offensive game is really coming on.

Very good game to watch as SK (read Morrison) kept it closer than I would've thought at the beginning.

 

Hatton obviously played well getting his 31 but he could've had more if he could've some of his shots down low. It seemed on a few occasions that he was focused more on drawing contact than finishing. And for the record I am a huge BHatt supporter, just merely an observation from last night's game.

 

Dixie had other players step up in Niehaus, Hedger, Schreck, Bolin (who played well while in the game), and some others.

 

Morrison is a very nice player for SK. He did what he could to keep the Pioneers in the game.

 

Congratulations also to Coach Maxwell (DH's baseball coach) who was honored at halftime for reaching 600 wins this past season.

Dixie's defense is for the 5 spot to side over and help on the drive at all cost. The 5 has to leave his man and stop the ball. SK didn't seem to take advantage of this.

SK is scrappy, but outside of Morrison there is not a whole lot of talent.
