MoCo will travel to GRC for a double header with the boys and girls in a big district match and rival game. Girls game at 6:00 and boys at 8:00. The boys lost to Moco in Dec by 10. Will this game be that close? Your thoughts and predictions.

Montgomery County wins 63-56.

You think it will be that close? The dreaded 2nd quarter is usually what does the Cards in. If we can get good scoring for all 4 quarters, you never know what can happen. Rebounding worries me, they are bigger at every position, but on the positive side, our defense is what has been keeping us in games

I say Montgomery by 12-15

I believe the rebounding margin last game was only 2. If GRC keeps it that close again tonight, this could be a competitive game.

Outside of the games against a struggling Bourbon Co team, Montgomery's margin of victory against 10th region foes has been 14, 10 and 13. I would expect this game will be in that same range.

You are right and I was shocked to see that. I believe that Coach Hollon will make sure that doesn't happen tonight.

Montgomery should win by that 12-15 range that TTS mentioned. I wouldn't want to face either team come March. We already see how good MoCo is, and you know Humph will have his guys ready.

Papa's peerless prognostication:

Montgomery County 59

Clark County 50

I think it will be. GRC played them really tough in Mt. Sterling & MoCo didn't exactly dominate Scott on the road earlier this week.

I havent seen either team play however I have been following Montogomery County in the news. I am impressed with how Montogomery County has responded to a first year coach after Happy resigned.
