Love the idea of having it at Freedom Hall. Awesome for the kids and the rivalry between the schools.

Looking for St. X to make this a rivalry game by winning back to back games . . . I imagine that the Trinity defense will be the diference in the game. Ill say Rocks 57 - 49 . . .

The rivalry aspect is the only thing that should keep it close. There is a very large talent difference between the two squads. It could potentially get out of hand.

I believe 2 of the last 3 regular season games have been very entertaining. While X has one blemish on their record I do not believe they have played the quality of opponents that T has. But when these two schools meet, the record can be tossed out the window. Shaw for X will have to make key plays to keep the Tigers with in striking distance; if not the Tigers will have a difficult night.

I believe the Tigers will hang around with the Rocks and will find a way to make key plays down the stretch... X 52 T 49.

Side note... I loved when they played the games at Knight Hall!!!

Trinity is talented and longer. For the talent Szabo has I don't understand why they are so deliberate with their pace of play. I think that keeps X and others within striking distance. Need a big game from Tigers to get a win.

Go Tigers

Me too. Really nice, intimate venue. Was awesome when it was completely full for games. But you also hate having fans left out in the cold during a sellout that would really like to be there.

High school basketball in Louisville would be really well served by a 5,000-seat facility somewhere in the heart of the city. Unfortunately, I don't know how or why it would ever be built.

To amend my above statement... that facility is the Louisville Gardens but it might be beyond repair even if it were to have a full-time tenant and a major upgrade from the city.

We can sell the Galleria to a company from Baltimore for 75 cents but we can't upgrade a dumb arena and bring back minor league hockey... nope... can't get started on this... it'll make me too mad...

Jefferson County already decided the location is @ Valley High School for some stupid reason..... Worst location possible.....

Is this the same person responsible for the seeding of the LIT?

I would assume he approved the system but is not directly responsible for its results.
