Ryle is going to be very good. Does Ryle not have many older kids in the system? Or are these kids just better? With the school's size, you'd think they would have plenty of participation...meaning these sophs must be pretty good if they are beating out the older ones.

Ryle has 5 SRs, 2 JRs, and 8 SOPHs on varsity. Also some talented Frosh getting JV and some varsity time. Great deal of talent but little varsity experience. The 4 Soph starters have played AAU together for several years along with several other Ryle players. This will help shorten their learning curve with a new offense and could make them an underrated team that could be dangerous sooner than most think.

Franklin county has good young team.

Of the teams reporting stats, Kaela Saner of Robertson Co. is currently the 3rd leading scorer in the state. She is a sophomore. Most of the team is fairly young.

Grant County starters against Walton were 8th, Fresh, Soph, Jr, Sr. Also know that starting PG is our with injury and she is a Fresh as well. Not sure who she replaces in the starting lineup.

Pulaski County starts 3 fresh, one soph and one junior.. Would have been four fresh and a soph if wasn't for a injury...and non are or have ever been hold backs...

Mercy is a very young team also. They start 2 Juniors, 2 Sophomores, and 1 Freshman. They have a few quality wins this year and should only get better as the season progresses.
