33 of 36 from the stripe for Hatton the last two days? Love seeing the crafty veteran draw contact and get to the line. Someone else has to step up as a secondary threat for them, but I have to say, they are on an impressive run of wins.

I'll be over here dining on BBQ crow if anyone needs me. Love BH and love that he is playing WAY better than I thought he would in his senior year.

What's Male now------like, 1-7?

Twice for Dixie beating Male this year. Brandon is one of the strongest players I've ever seen. Congratulations Dixie and Brandon.

And to think... Ballard only beat them by 3

Kid is THICK!

Did he get the ball in the post often?

Not with his back to the basket. He dribbled in often... Male kept fouling, especially while he was dribbling.

His shot is heating up. And his body control, with the wal he squares up through contact is deadly.

Dixie, with all their athletic shortcomings are playing inspired team defense. It ain't pretty, but their system is coming together on both ends.

I like the way they match up with their next opponent.

I've only watched him twice and both times I came away impressed by his IQ and ability to draw contact and finish from the line.

After a rocky start Dixie looked pretty solid the rest of the way. Somehow, Hatton got more than a few open perimeter looks. He also hit a couple of difficult, challenged threes. He also does what the best scorers do, which is get to the stripe & convert.

As for Male, it's only one game seeing them but they have a lot of talent. I can see how they gave Ballard some problems, but they appear to be very inconsistent.
