SK could beat HHS. HHS could beat SK. Would be a great game to watch. Unfortunately, we'll never know for sure.

SK has had a great run over the past 5-6 years. They have the talent and depth to maintain next year.

 

And I doubt we ever see that match up as long as Dale and Jeff are coaches.

 

I do agree that except for that 2011 season, SK has been on a good run. Nothing close to what Highlands has accomplished but good. Simon Kenton has much more work to do to get to Highlands' level.

While deadline keeps as many game as I would like from making print on Saturday there are 6-8 graph recaps from game (other than usually Ludlow, which doesn't have a scorekeeper) that are online by midnight-12:30 a.m. Friday night/Saturday morning. I know, because after covering a game I go back to the office to write them. Then on Sunday I do notebook for print to go catch up and highlight those games that didn't make print. Just FYI.

Unfortunately, we all miss the coverage/"big articles" that high school sports, especially football, used to get. With that said, the efforts of Skinny, Marc Hardin, John Lachmann, Terry Boehmker, James Weber are gratefully appreciated. They do a great job with the constraints put upon them and they should be commended for the job they do.:ylsuper:
