The offense is atrocious, at best. I can't even stand watching them most of the time anymore. Ben sucks, the O-Line sucks, the play calling sucks.

I disagree with Ben sucks. And you know me well enough that I'd say it if I thought he did. This is the result of a poorly drafted/evaluated OL with the exception of DeCastro and Pouncey (injuries withstanding) The running back by committee has tanked and the style of play doesn't fit the personnel. I think it's as simple as this. The Steelers have the worst OC in the league and the best DC in the league. Ben has a small window of skill left and they are gonna pee it away with the group surrounding him.

At a minimum, he's hired questionable personnel.

I'll agree that most of the offensive issues begin with the OL. The OC is definitely a problem. The RB by committee works if you have a solid #1 back, and right now we don't .

I don't believe Tomlin is the issue. Todd Haley on the other hand...

Huge difference between Arians and Haley. Arians best OC (I know he's a head coach) in the league right now. Huge difference in Indy yesterday also. Cards offense looked better than at any time since Warner days (I know Haley was OC then, Warner is special, though). Big Ben and Haley do not seem to click. Big Ben is not the problem, he still scares the heck out of me.
