As many of you know, a former member of our community, Westsider, Joey Fosko, the long time Paducah Sun Sports Guru, passed away unexpectedly on his birthday earlier this year. Before tonight's game Mayfield honored his memory with some kind words and a moment of silence. He was a true voice for football and all sports in Western Kentucky and a very close friend. It was a very classy move by Mayfield that made me proud. Westsider was also a very prominent member of our community here a BGP and played a large roll here behind the scenes. RIP in Peace Westsider!

You will see more of this throughout the year at all sporting events.
