OK, that had to be hard for you to type

You know it was Watusi! :lol2:

Should tell you how much I hate Richlands.

27 years is a long time to hold a grudge over a little sprinkler malfunction.

:sour: I do agree with you Watusi. Ironically Richlands had the same H2O problem in the 1991 State Title Game vs. Orange County (The place I resided in at the time). Now both of you have turf fields. Life is filled with irony. :thumb:

I actually find myself rooting more for the Pirates than you might believe.

I love a happy ending

Just go ahead and admit Hatz...certain Belfry posters have brought you to the Good Side in recent years. We're all friends here

Certainly made the demons become more personable. :thumb:

Just kidding.

Belfry 3 TD's to 0 vs. Richlands (Pre-Season #3 team in Virginia 3A)

Belfry 4 TD's to 0 vs. George Wythe, VA (Defending champs in one of Virginia's 1A Divisions)

Belfry 2 TD's to 2 vs. Marion, VA (Got burnt deep a couple times)

All in all Pirates looked about as expected.. class of the field against some good competition in a very unique format.. issues and development still desperately needed on defense... lots of talent on offense and a young line that looked adequate and has a ton of potential

I love a happy ending

You and me both.
