I believe with the KY born coaches back at WKU that perhaps it may have something to do with NKY being recruited.

 

I know Jeff Brohm is the OC for Petrino there and he was always active in NKY especially Highlands when he coached at other schools out of state. Iam curious if Coach Brohm was Nick's recruiting coach? If so, then I can see why Nick commited to WKU.

 

 

 

Besides, Brohm is a Lou T guy and he knows where the good football players are located, they either wear H Blue or Green....LOL

Coach Petrino knows talent. WKU will be a top 25 team in a few short years. It only makes it sweeter using Kentucky boys to get there.
