And then he'll hop on Air Force One to take 180K per HOUR ride to fundraise with the same fat cat millionaires and billionaires he campaigned against."

 

I made a sarcastic speculatory remark about an actual comment released from the Republican National Committee. The whole basis of my post came from the contents of the article. You then took it back to past presidents. Therefore I said stick to the topic. Seems simple to me.

Lets start with him and Congress for the next 3 years not doing a damn thing, not utter a single word out of their mouths and stay the hell out of D.C. I think we would be amazed at how actual working Americans could handle things and move this country forward.

I will say that your last post made more sense than the others. I'll ask this question though....if you don't care about Barry taking a pay cut and that it has no effect on you then why even come in the thread if don't care? I saw the thread, and read the article. If I cared about the pay cut, I would have said so. I don't need to care about something to read about it. I still don't get why you got offended by me pointing out political bias, something all of are guilty of and has and will always happen. You can bet the author of the article is politically biased.

I call things as I see them, so no, I don't think he's been a good president nor do I agree with his politics. I don't trust politicians, be it Democrat or Republican. At the Washington level, whenever a politician does something, I have little doubt that it's not the best interest of the American people that's their goal, it's more of what's in their own best interest that takes precedence. That's why I say it doesn't matter to me one way or the other. If president Obama, the Democrats and Republicans in Washington wanted to show real solidarity or real concern for the American people, they'd work together, put aside party allegiance, and start paying down the debt and solving the real problems in this country. But, that's not going to happen and we know why.
