It's a joke that Blanton, Pulliam and Aaron Gibson were left off of the entire list!

I concur and also other glaring omissions are Jehn at Scott, Jackson of Campbell & Uebel of Brossart.

My top five would be this:

PG Mason Monroe

2G. Brent Bach

SF Omar Prewitt

PF Justin Saunders

C Nick Jackson

For me, it's hard to keep Shawn Johnson of Mason County out of the top five. He averaged a double-double for the season: 14.5 ppg, 10 rpg (271 boards in 27 games), & shot 59.4% from the floor. I doubt there is another player in the Region to average a double-double for the year. Again, from my vantage point, it's hard to keep someone out of the top five whose average night was a double-double.

10th will be packed with some solid big men next year at the top of these rankings--Johnson, Trentman, Blanton, Burns, D. Jones. There will be some really good guards, but I'm liking the crop of big men in the 10th for 2013-14.

Just to bring a little levity to the issue: Hinson made Brent promise he'd grow 5" over the Summer. :jump:

Brent's athleticism & leaping ability allow him to play much taller than he really is.

What could benefit him is to bulk up some. I've got about 30-40 extra pounds if you want to borrow them.

Truth.

Truth.

Are you saying I'm fat?

Just big-boned.
