Dixie has Smallwood and Lyons for strong arms on the mound as Frosh and Albert behind the plate as a soph. All three are good hitters with the Albert kid swinging from the left side as a catcher.

 

Ty Lyons? Isnt he a soph? Good player, watched him play with Midland couple years. Ty does a nice job behind the plate too.

 

Smallwood will be with the JV team as a freshmen this year and it appears Lyons may be out for the year (and possibly next year) as he may require Tommy John. Albert will be with JV as well since he is a sophomore.
