Come September you'll have plenty to read about both, may get a good shot of info via the E3 conference in June. I would say E3 would e the time to start comparing as well.
March 21, 201313 yr Xbox 'Durango' Requires All Games to be Installed - IGN That wouldn't surprise me too much as they've suggested installing the games for a while now. I've done it with most games that I've bought over the past couple of years and still have plenty of space on my 250gb hard drive. Should help with online play as well and keep from wearing on the machine over time as much I would think.

Possible end to used game market as well needing to always be online to play? Hopefully turns out to be just a rumor.

Yea that won't happen, what if you travel to an area that doesn't have internet or your internet goes out but not your power. I just don't see any way they go that route. I for one probably wouldn't get it if they did...... and sense I'm awesome, I just don't see that as being practical.

I would not get it either just for that reason. And I have Internet that rarely ever goes out.

March 27, 201313 yr Author So I read an article that said the new xbox will use an always online system but is being used for system updates and background downloads. I'd assume this is about the rumors of having an always online system. Probably just wires crossed but I'd say this is more logical.

If it does then Microsoft is a bunch of idiots and the next Xbox will fail miserably.

I jumped from the PS2 over to Xbox360 because at the time I was interested in a change of pace (and I got introduced to Halo which instantly made m addicted to it). However if they require this online access all the time, that means I probably will switch back over to the PS4 when it comes out because this requirement is rather BS if you ask me. You reap what you sew Microsoft. Take heed of that.
April 6, 201313 yr Author I'm totally against an always online connection but ya know my Internet never goes out and I never play unless I'm signed in. I'm always playing while I'm online as I'm sure many of us do. Problem is I don't want to be forced to do so.
