You are correct but in both of those games the Indians won by double digits and they played as bad as they can possibly play. At mason, Omar played 20 mins (foul trouble) and scott it was Wallace's first game back and D Jones played about 12 min. So MOCO had their excuses just like Scott. But did win by 10-12? Indians are far more superior than any 10th team.

 

Agreed. Pendleton only lost by 15, BUT Wallace didn't play the 2nd half and PC played one of thier best games of the season. MoCo is the best we have to offer. It will take a slip up by them and a good night from someone else for the Indians to NOT make it to Rupp.

It will be interesting to see what kind of wrinkles teams throw at Montgomery during the post season.

I have been going to the State Tourney for 40+ years now. Be careful on saying they are headed to Rupp. I have seen teams that have the most talent and are the best, only to watch from the bleachers at Rupp before. It happens every year.

 

You are exactly right. Clark Co should have gone 5 straight years starting in 2008-2012. I think they only made it 2 times during that period and everybody thought they were a lock every year.

Scott had it within 4, without 2 starters on Senior Night at Happy's Holidome!! Mason gave them fits and Brossart can beat them. It will take a great effort, but it is TOURNEY TIME!! Ask Duke about first round last year!!

Montgomery is deep and at Mason, Omar was in foul trouble early so 2 Freshman and 2 Sophomores played a considerable amount of minutes with Wallace out that game and still won by double digits. Against Scott it was Wallace's first game back and 11 players contributed in playing time that game and won by double digits. Have not played Brossart but Montgomery is playing their best ball right now...they are the team that they need to be to advance! Love Happy's team!!
