Brad Carr has never been a believer in early season success, more out of the Ken Shields mold where you gear your regular season towards the post-season. The Eagles have played a tough schedule competitively taking some losses that will benefit them that might have dirtied up their win-loss record.

 

Make a case for them NOT being a very good team, outside of their win-loss record.

Agree. You can't go by a teams W/L record only. Some coaches play a brutal schedule to prepare his team for the post season when it really matters.

They're overall schedule is probably the toughest of any team in the 10th.

^ They were. As for this game, Congrats to Brossart! Scott now has a tougher road to get to the Region but that seems to be the way they have taken year in and year out. Good luck to both teams!
