Final from Scott County

Big win for the Colonels.

Just like last night CCH got a lot of points (27) off of turnovers.

Nick Fredrick was 5/9 from 3 and had 21 points.

Jackson Davis had 27 and 19.

Had 30 last night.

Congrats to the Colonels on the big win! This puts them in the championship game I believe, so the boys will get that big steak dinner, right? Have they ever made it to the championship game in this tourney? I know they have played in it a number of years.

WHO do they play next?

Montgomery County in the finals.

Just my observation...but it seems CovCath has played a fairly tough schedule.

I think they made it in 2004 and 2006.

They have played a pretty good schedule and get another tough opponent on Saturday.

Was curious how the game ended, so went to the video on the tourney web site- looks like the block by young Mr Schuh with 6 seconds left was a huge play, and potential game saver. Good job Bo !!!

Covcath very well could win this. Big win for the Colonels.

I'm told that in the huddle prior to that possession Coach Sawyer Pauly suggested they switch from zone to man. Bo got the block.

huge tip of the Oldguy hat to Coach B, Coach Otte and Coach Elliott as Coach R was home sick. Their moving Pauly in and out in the 2nd quarter with Wick and Hep comingin was masterful and thus keep Pauly and his steday play in on the "O" side of the ball but kept him out of harm on the "D" side of the ball.

Nick Fredrick rightlly so, was the star of the game but this really was a great team effort with CovCath having 15 Asst with Pauly and Nick R each getting 5.

Wickmann with 14 I believe was his high for his varsity years at CovCath.
