However, Morgan led by double digits nearly the entire way from the 2nd quarter on. Morgan shot themselves in the foot and also had a no-call goal tending on Williams that negated an easy layup. With a 62-53 lead with 2:27 to play...they should have done things they've done the whole game and increase the lead back to double digits. Mindsets of doubt is a non-factor, because if these two teams meet again, I doubt very seriously in a teenagers, mind that "oh geez...Boyd nearly came back and beat us...I don't know if I can dribble or not now, because of the last 2 minutes of a game, played over a month ago...they nearly did".

 

Best of luck to the Lions the rest of the way, they are a quality basketball team.

 

With that said...A-train's trademarked Dead Horse Award needs to be granted. Game over.

It's kind of getting old that BC never loses a game. Its always the refs fault, or they went to eat 1 hour before the game. Bc is a team that hasnt improved since the first day. They dont play together as a team. Even though they havent improved they still are probably one of the top 3 teams in the region. If they started to play togther then they have a "shot" at winning the region.
