Holy Cross is the worst coached team in the 9th region hands down.At most times Eric has no clue whats going in the game as other coaches are adjusting he just sits there doing the samething as the game gets away.Toinght's game was just an extension of the Scott County game.Same thing that happened at districts against CovCath when Rushsatz made him look like a grade school gym teacher.

 

I admittedly really like Erik but I thought he did a hell of a job in that Cov Cath game last year. Are there really people that think he had a terrible game plan in that game? NCC was pretty decent last year right? Who won that All A game locally?

This article got it wrong. Drew McDonald was the primary defender of Campbell and he did an outstanding job. This NCC team is fun to watch.

 

McDonald and Schulte are a tough combo to stop. Not a better big man combination in NKY.

 

Pangallo did a great job running the offense and had very few turn overs.

 

Seibert is streaking and looked good in the 3rd.

 

Team effort by the Breds. Campbell is a very nice player however seemed very frustrated tonight.

There was nobody guarding Campbell one on one every time he touched the ball he three guys all over him.Great gameplan from NCC last night.They hit wide open jumpers from 10ft all night.

As far as Coach Goetz goes, dude did win an All A State title last yr.

 

I'm sure its frustrating and maybe the kids are getting antsy but its early, these two should meet again in the All A.

I agree. That is why I said McDonald was the PRIMARY one guarding Campbell. NCC's bigs did a great job making Campbell catch the ball away from the basket and not on the block where he is most effective.

 

I actually didn't think NCC played a great first half offensively, however made up for that with a great 3rd quarter.

It wasn't completely full, but there were cars parked all along the hill. The Girls had a game at Lloyd, and if they didn't, alot of folks would have had to park at K-Mart and make the trek up the hill.

LB13 - Was great to catch up with you before and after game. Appreciate the cold beverage before the game. Sorry I didn't post something earlier on here but had 2 grade school games earlier today.

 

As far as the game, NCC showed why they are ranked #1. Very balanced team and when Seibert plays well they will be hard to beat IMO. Good luck to the Breds rest of the year. We may face up again in the All A in a couple weeks.

The Newcath players were ready for this game. Very focused/hungry group.

 

No problem.

He has lost the locker room from the players as they are even questioning what he does.And that is coming straight from the mouths of several players on the team.

After this past football season, the problem is w the players, not the coaches. Time to get accountable in Latonia. Stop blaming people.
