A gunman has killed "at least" two people and shot others in a Connecticut grade school (K-4). Reports suggest there may be more than 20 children shot. Heard one report that 24 people had been shot, with 14 of those being children, but that is only speculation. Only three victims have been treated at the hospital. The doctors there refused to confirm or deny the reports of many more victims. They referred questions to the state police.

Anyone hear about the elementary school shooting that took place this morning in Connecticut? According to CBS News on twitter, 27 are dead, 14 of them are children. I don't know if this particular shooting is related to this school or not but I seen/heard that a 15 year old had killed a woman.

Just seen on twitter, that the room where the shootings took place was a kindergarten classroom.

Unbelievable, literally makes me feel sick. I can't even begin to understand what would make someone do something like this.

The "eight adults" number, apparently includes the shooter.

This is sad. If the gunman didn't kill his self then he needs to be taken out and beaten then hung. No excuse for this kind of stupidity. What did those little kids ever do to you?

The shooter is dead.

Makes me want to go pick up my oldest from school who is kindergarten and give her hugs and kisses and not let her go. I cant imagine how awful it would if that happened to my kids, makes me want to throw up just thinking about it.
