January 2, 201313 yr This staff has already exceeded my expectations with their approach to the UK program. They have already surpassed what the previous staff did. If UK can manage to get half the players they're after then I actually think UK can be pretty good next year. The only thing hurting then is their schedule.

January 3, 201313 yr Love how Stoops and company are going after the best and selling them on building a new tradition at Kentucky. The old staff basically gave up on all high profile recruits and focused more on the under recruited/diamond in the rough type of guys. Stoops, Brown, Eliot, and crew are trying to knock some home runs and I love the approach and infusion of energy they are putting into the program.

Looking good for Cats.....so far I have heard that Timmons was leaning towards Kentucky I hope so! Would be a great pickup, not to mention being able to keep a talented kid in state. Also would help make up for the sting of losing James Quick who I'm sure will probably be a Buckeye.
January 4, 201313 yr 4-star DE is taking his visit to UK this weekend. I think he's down to Nebraska, Auburn, and another team along with UK. Decision should come next week.
January 4, 201313 yr Author Louisville just got a big commitment from a 4* DL. D'Asian Richardson (SP?) had committed to West Virginia but backed out and committed to Louisville. Does this mean that Jason Hatcher is coming to Kentucky?
January 4, 201313 yr Author ^Isn't Hatcher committed to USC? Yes but I think he's rethinking his decision. Everything I've seen on twitter about him has me believing he's gonna go somewhere else
