I'm sure that McCoy is a really good athlete and could play any position. The issue may be just that- what is his true position if he were to play at the next level? I'd think he would be a good safety.

 

If he wants to play many will come calling with his composite ACT no risk high reward....

Or it could be that guys from other teams were more deserving to be on the team.. I'll repeat my earlier post, not everyone gets a trophy.

 

I've seen most of these teams and guys play, Mosier should definitely be on the list. Glad to see he is a candidate for NKY Defensive Player of the Year (on this same web site). Tough to understand how you can be a finalist for DPY and not on 1st or 2nd All-Star teams. Seems like a gross omission.

That kid was good enough. He is an example of a very good high school athlete overshadowed at a smaller (or less successful depending on situation) school.
