Ok so Cricket why is Goetz a joke and the younger McClendon is a frosh right?

You can say that about every team in the 9th from top to bottom

Holmes, Newcath, Covcath, Dixie, and Cooper all have depth. Unproven, but the talent they have sitting on the bench is a signifiacant upgrade compared to the rest of the region. Nothing against the other teams, but just a fact.

Not so sure, Campbell is a beast, major impact player. I'm sure Goetz will coach em up and they will get better.

What would you think of Dixie without Hatton? You could go to every team the same way.

Coach goetz is a joke. Newport team will be special come tournament time. Great game by newport.

Disagree. You have to have talent to be successful and win. Upset last year but 28-3 with an All A state title speaks for itself.

Take the point guard Ruthsatz off of Cov Cath would they be as good?

They would be much smarter to run a half court game inside out. Tony should touch ball every possession. Settled for way to many outside shots when clearly big man could've dominated.

Not very good but they do have some nice young sophs giving them depth.

Would agree with that but with Campbell spending most of the first half at the top of the key that wouldn't work.

Definitely not in that case. You made your point about Dixie and CovCath but raise of those 2 teams I think there is no player more important than Campbell is to his ream.

But depth wouldn't do you any good without him.Just saying. McClendon will provide the scoring Burger left void.

He likes to jack up the 3's too correct.?

I think Dixie has the most talent from what I've seen. They are VERY young, but VERY talented. Watch out for this Soph class next season when they are Juniors.

Wow you are on a mission here G. Let me explain, Campbell and Hatton are the best two players in the region by a good bit IMO. You take their presence out of the game and both HC and Dixie will struggle big time to compete with the top 6 or 7 teams. You take one player (their best) off the others and I think they will be competeitive and can still win. Ruthsatz, is very good, but CCH has others that can play and compete. Campbell and Hatton can beat teams by themselves with not much support, that is the difference. Both HC and Dixie lost too much experience and it will take time to replenish.
