Yes I assume that was Blake, it is actually his shoulder. Blanton just needs experience, well to be honest, all the Cards do.

Glad some of the other players are stepping up to help Monroe, this will free him up some too. Agree, both could be very dangerous team come tourney time in knocking someone out on a given night.

Very nice young man... Hope he gets back on the court soon.

Congrats to the cats. Proves again if you play hard, and stay in the game anything can happen.

**clears throat**

Now that's funny. Help me out here...did GRC play that well or is PC not as good as advertised? Surprised by the score considering it was in Falmouth...a very tough place to play (especially for a group of young kids).

I wasn't there, so I can't speak to the game itself. LCD can help out there.

I think it played out like we thought. We had Pendleton ranked #7 in the region & GRC #8. I think at this point of the season, the two squads are pretty even.

The rankings by BGP for these two teams is right on. PC is a senior dominate team which imo will not improve much as the season goes on. They wiil have problems on the boards with teams that are more physical than GRC was on Saturday. Scoring remains a concern for me even though they posted 76 on Friday at Scott. For most of the game against GRC only three players had scored. They will certainly give maximum effort every game and should not be taken lightly, but they are not among the elite teams of the Tenth Region this year. Just my opinion. Prove me wrong Cats!!

Just read in the paper that GRC was also without starter Malachi Israel. He suffered a concussion in the Cov Cath game. He is scheduled to be revaluated today. When we get him back and Roberts and some experience under our belts, we could be a dangerous team come tourney time.
