Ballard at Scott County (Nov. 27) Predictions

Louisville commit Quentin Snider leads Ballard against perennial 11th Region power Scott County in what has become a traditional opening game for both teams. Ballard won the last the last 3 years and 4 of the last 5.

 

Beside Snider, the Bruins will count on guard Lavonne Holland and forward Kelan Martin to continue the winning streak. The Cardinals will counter with the backcourt duo of Quin Richardson and Trent Gilbert.

I don't know if Snider has a bigger fan that isn't family and I've only seen him play in person for the Magic. Never seen him play with the Bruins. I will this year though.

 

I think Scott County will be better in February than they are in November. I think the Bruins hit the ground running. I still think they were the second best team in the state last season and they all come back this season more determined to make a statement. Ballard beat Scott County by 9 last year and they had Manning and Ivey.
