I heard that the good running back for MS didn't play last week will he play this Friday? If he doesn't will be a long night for the Eagles.

Harlan Co by 28.

I don't think that it will matter but it will help.

I agree... I saw Harlan County shut down Dennis Oxendine in the running game when they played Creek earlier in the year. They are just to solid up front. Even if Damien could split out to play receiver (which is how Creek moved the ball on HC), I don't think they have the QB that can consistantly get it to him... Will be a tough game for Southern...

You all are talking about Harris right? I would love to hear about him now that hes picked up a Buck offer.

Has anyone noticed that the poll says Madison Central?

Doesn't matter. Neither one is coming to Harlan County and winning!

He is potentially good. He has nice size and speed. However, Garrard County held him to 47 yards on 15 carries and ultimately knocked him out of the game with an injury. To me, his skill and ability is very good, but his best attribute is that he is only a sophomore, which is why I believe most schools are recruiting him. Harris has two years to go from a really good running back to a Division I running back. He isn't there right now but all the parts are in place for him to get there.
