Yes, all election and voting laws in this area a state specific laws. There is no requirement to even have early voting. As our own state shows.

I only believe in absentee voting for those that are going to be out of town or who are not physically able to get to the polls.

Combine it with 'electronic voting' and you have the perfect fraud storm....No paper trail and time to play with the digital votes with no audit trail...
