American Horror Story: Asylum

After fooling around on BGP for about 10-15 minutes, I paid attention to the rest. And I must give credit where it's due, it did hold my attention. I'm interested to see how the story plays out with the Head Nun and the Reporter, as well as the Head Nun and the Dr. I also like the appeal of it being an asylum from back in the day, not sure why but that always interests me. However, I think the monster (or whatever the Dr. has) is going to be far-fetched for me. I might watch it a few more times, love my DVR.

As for the first season, I never saw any of it, but the previews for the Season on DVD that they showed last night did nothing for me. I do love Connie Britton though.

I don't think this season will be better than the first.

I was a fan of the first season and I enjoyed the first episode of this season. You definitely have to suspend reality when watching this. I also continue to be stunned of what they can get away with (mostly sexual) at 10:00 on cable tv.

I was very surprised to see a female's butt on TV.

Okay. Watched again today and payed more attention. I'm in to it. Looking forward to the rest of it.

But I agree that the "monster" things could becone a bit far fetched.

As for American Horror Story last season seemed pretty interesting but I had a hard time keeping up with it, perhaps I will DVR this or catch it on demand.

Not liking the direction the show is going in. Too many things being introduced and we are only into the second episode. Guess we know who "Bloody Face" is though.

Bloody Face is the kid who was getting the exorcism? Is that what you're thinking?

I felt pretty uncomfortable with the doctor last night haha!

I don't know about the kid being Bloody Face. Yes, he ate a cow's insides and it made his face bloody, but I don't think it's him. Whenever they show Bloody Face he seems rather tall, and that kid is fairly normal height. After seeing the picture's that the hooker found in the Doc's room, I'm starting to think it is him.

When they shoot the doctor he is shot in similar angles to Bloody Face. He has that tall look to him like Bloody Face does. Maybe i'm having flashbacks to my high school film study class and overanalyzing things, but I see similarities between the 2 characters and I would not be surprised to find out that the ole Doc is Mr. Face.

It was nice to get some backstory on Sister Jude and see why she might be as strange as she is. I had a laugh when the possessed kid called her the Town Pump.

I liked getting the back story on here as well and thought that whole exchange was pretty funny.

I'm wanting to learn more about these creatures.

I think bloody face is the doctor.

I think bloody face is the doctor.

Gotcha. Unless I'm confused though, how would the Doctor still be alive in the present time, even if he is Bloody Face? Bloody Face killed Adam Levine's character in present time and the doctor was already pretty old during 1964 (I think that was the year). Does that makes sense? lol.

I guess it can't be the exorcism kid either since Bloody Face is in both the past and present, before the kid came to the Asylum.
