This should be a much bigger story. I know why it isn't, but it should be.

It should be THE story.

So,it seems Romney was right. It WAS a coordinated 9/11 anniversary al Qaeda terrorist attack on US interests abroad and everybody really knew it. The 'lamestream' lapdog media and the administration merely decided to use it as a political weapon against Romney, then run out blame some stupid video and fall all over themselves, grovelling and apologizing to the radical Muslim world. The more they keep talking about the video, the more they continue to bring attention to it and further inflame the radicals!

Where are the Democrats and Obama fans? Do you just turn a blind eye and a deaf ear when it comes to obvious mistakes and blunders under this Presidency? I just don't know how you can.

They are not responding because there is no defense for Obamas deception...

Beloved father and leader makes no mistakes.

US State Dept. blasts CNN report on Stevens' diary | www.ajc.com

CNN broke a pledge to the late ambassador's family that it wouldn't report on the diary, said State Department spokesman Philippe Reines, a senior adviser to U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton.

...

The channel said in the story online that it took "newsworthy tips" from Stevens' diary and confirmed them with other sources. Citing an unidentified source "familiar with Stevens' thinking," CNN said that the ambassador was concerned about security threats in Benghazi and a "rise in Islamic extremism."

...

"CNN did not initially report on the existence of a journal out of respect for the family, but we felt there were issues raised in the journal which required full reporting, which we did," the channel said.

...

In a phone call with the Stevens family, CNN "agreed to abide by the clear wishes of the Stevens family, and pledged not to use the diary or even allude to its existence until hearing back from the family," Reines said.

Emphasis added above.

Questions that seem relevant:

1. How did CNN get the diary? Did they walk around the scene after the fact and just find it?

2. If CNN found it at the scene does that mean that the scene was not 'sterilized' by the State Department? If this was a place of hiding and apparently part of the security plan for the Ambassador would the State Department not come in and carefully and methodically retrieve all documents - personal and government after the fact to ensure they do not fall into the wrong hands?

3. Why is the State Department making public statements on behalf the Stevens family? Or are they on behalf of Stevens family? The statements seem to be purely in State Department interest.

Cricketts...

When do your answers ever have anything to do with the topic?

Investigation?

Sources: 15 days after Benghazi attack, FBI still investigating from afar - CNN.com

(CNN) -- More than two weeks after four Americans -- including the U.S. ambassador to Libya -- were killed in an attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, FBI agents have not yet been granted access to investigate in the eastern Libyan city, and the crime scene has not been secured, sources said.

"They've gotten as far as Tripoli now, but they've never gotten to Benghazi," CNN National Security Analyst Fran Townsend said Wednesday, citing senior law enforcement officials.

A blog-a-sphere conspiracy theory is that the ambassador was trying get back or secure arms provided to the rebels.

Al-Quada upset about their leader (from Libya) being killed in drone attack? Or Gaddafi loyalists who were still mad? Or rebels who did not want to give up their (US supplied) weapons now that the revolution is done? What a mess - with no answers.
